Postage Policy

Shipping Terms:

  • A tracking number will be issued at the time of dispatch.
  • Delivery times vary by location. Please contact us for an estimated delivery time.
  • Items will not ship until payment has been received in full.

Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, with the option of a money-back refund or merchandise credit.
Please note the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be in original condition — unused, unopened, and including all instruction manuals and accessories.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • All return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

SteamVac Equipment Warranty

Your SteamVac product is warranted by SteamVac Cleaning Systems Pty Ltd to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use.

Warranty Periods:

  • Pumps and Motors: 1 year (parts & labour)
  • Frames, Handles, Structural Components: 1 year (parts & labour)
  • Fibreglass Body: 10-year limited warranty
  • Rotomolded Body: 10-year limited warranty
  • Accessories & Attachments: 90-day warranty

Important Warranty Information:

  • Warranty begins on the date of purchase by the end user.
  • Service must be carried out by SteamVac Cleaning Systems Pty Ltd.
  • Service scheduling depends on part availability and normal business hours.
  • All warranty decisions made by SteamVac Cleaning Systems Pty Ltd are final.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Reconditioned, used, demonstration, or floor model merchandise
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or failure to follow the operator’s manual
  • Damage from sediment, contaminated water supply, or unapproved chemicals
  • Acts of nature (floods, fires, lightning, etc.)
  • Third-party devices or accessories not approved by SteamVac
  • Repairs made by anyone other than SteamVac
  • Shipping costs for defective items
  • Reconditioned products

Third-Party Equipment:
Products not manufactured by SteamVac are covered under their respective manufacturers’ warranties.

Non-Transferable:
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from SteamVac Cleaning Systems Pty Ltd and is not transferable.

This warranty is subject to change without notice.

Test and Tag Service

We offer Test and Tag services for all your cleaning equipment to ensure safety and compliance.

  • If payment is not provided, SteamVac may stop deliveries and cancel agreements.
